The newest release from Viaje have arrived at Regency Cigar. This collection of cigars has been announced at the IPCPR Convention, an annual trade show for cigar retailers. Among the releases for this season are the return of the Satori, Viaje Cache, and Viaje Collaboration.
Satori has returned with it’s three familiar formats (Karma, Nirvana, and Zen) along with a new size named Arya (4 1/2 x 48). Viaje has stated “Satori is the Japanese word for enlightenment, used to refer to a deep or lasting realization of the nature of existence. Experience has shown there are many paths to enlightenment. Cigars have often been the catalyst for achieving heightened awareness and a greater understanding of our complex world. I have had the good fortune to meet many interesting people with whom I have spent countless hours deep in conversation with a fine cigar in hand. This cigar is a tribute to the enlightenment one can achieve while indulging in one of life’s great luxuries”.
The Viaje Cache “is a tribute to the special caches of Estelí, where only the best leaf is stored. To elaborate on the idea of the aging rooms, each handmade box has a hidden cache built into the bottom, where a surprise awaits”. Viaje Cache is available in a 5 x 52 robusto.
The Viaje Collaboration is the first release in Viaje’s Collaboration series. “Every year or so, we will be collaborating on a special project with another member of the cigar industry. Our collaboration partner for this first release is Casa Fernandez. All cigars were rolled in Estelí, Nicaragua at TABSA. Collaboration is a one-off release”. This year’s Collaboration is available in a 6 x 52 toro.
