The Salvador Dali cigar, a 6″ x 54 Toro, is dedicated to “Christ of Saint John of the Cross” and represents the fifth day of creation when God brought forth the creatures of the sea and the birds. This cigar boasts a dark chocolate-hued, oily, and densely packed wrapper with fine tooth and a sizable double cap. Upon the initial lighting, it offers a flawless draw and medium notes of sweet coffee, which gradually transition into a cherry-like finish. Subsequently, the cigar develops into a medium-bodied experience with bread-like sweetness and hints of vanilla, maintaining a consistent burn for an extended duration. The ash remains solid throughout the smoke, with no notable flavor shifts, ultimately concluding as a slow-burning treat that gradually transitions into a leathery nub.
