Atabey Limited Edition Humidor; Has Arrived

An exquisite humidor brimming with an assortment of Atabey cigars across various dimensions will make its debut at the PCA trade show this July. Dubbed the Atabey Limited Edition Humidor, it's a veritable treasure trove tailored for aficionados of this Costa Rican brand, housing five cigars from each of its 12 sizes, totaling 60 cigars. With only 250 humidors crafted, and a mere 60 slated for release at PCA in July, it's an exclusive offering. The inaugural display will grace the Atabey Lounge in Frisco, Texas, hosted at the Industrial Cigar Co. shop this month.

Crafted with a sleek exterior boasting a black gloss finish and adorned with gold trim, the humidor boasts an interior featuring four compartments, two side drawers, a front drawer, and a traditional humidor lid. Each tier showcases an assortment of Atabey vitolas meticulously organized and delineated by size.

This exceptional humidor, along with the revered Atabey brand, is the brainchild of designer and cigarmaker Nelson Alfonso of Selected Tobacco.Each year, Atabey is meticulously crafted in small batches. Alfonso reveals that these cigars undergo a minimum aging period of five years post-rolling. Manufactured at the Tabacos de Costa Rica factory located in Santiago de Puriscal, they boast Ecuadoran Habano wrappers. Alfonso hints at the presence of Peruvian Ligero in the filler, while keeping the remainder of the blend undisclosed. THis piece has been produced in extremely limited quantities; with only 250 produced worldwide.
