God of Fire Don Carlos Review

The cigar itself is a work of art with a beautiful double band depicting the God of Fire himself; prometheus in illustrative detail. The wrapper has a meticulous look with a golden color to it. The feel is what I describe as a soft paper bag-like feel. The cigar begins with a fair amount of earth with some spice present; especially on the retrohale. As the cigar warms up I begin to get notes of leather, cedar and cream. Overall the cigar is extremely balanced and medium in body. The cigar finishes with what I can only describe as a rich caramel flavor. Overall this is a super high quality cigar that burns flawlessly and provides maximum flavor; in a medium bodied format.
