The New Tatuaje 20th Has Arrived

Twenty years ago, Tatuaje was an unfamiliar name, challenging to pronounce. The small Miami factory where these cigars were crafted remained obscure, and the individuals behind the brand, Pete Johnson and José “Pepín” Garcia, had limited recognition beyond the cigar industry. Today, this situation has dramatically changed, and Johnson is commemorating two decades of success in the business by introducing two new cigars. The Tatuaje 20th Anniversary series employs an Ecuadorian habano-seed wrapper, with both the double binder and filler being comprised of Nicaraguan tobacco. These cigars are available in two sizes, and they are crafted at the My Father Cigars S.A. facility in Estelí, Nicaragua. The Tatuaje 20th Anniversary line is a continuous production offering, forming part of a range of releases by Tatuaje in celebration of the company's 20th anniversary this year.
